Always nice when that happens. I was similar for the 2nd half of my swim today. 1st half had 3 others but was flowing nice, all but one got out for my 2nd half. Lovely!!

Is Woburn Lido heated? Don't know about Woburn today but it was bloomin' chilly here. I wouldn't fancy outdoorsing it without a bit of heating (but then I'm not as tough as you KatieB).

It’s kept above 12 degrees. Today it was 14. I wore my shortie. Bit chilly by the end.

I was moaning that my nice indoor pool was a bit cold when I first got in. I don't think I'd have even got into a 14C pool! Well done. I suppose it makes sure you keep moving though? |
