I'm planning to talk to them - they need to know how many people might lands on them, but we might also be able to come to some kind of arrangement with them.

Just having a read and a catch up, this sounds fantastic.

Just one incy wincy little thing, can someone put my husband's mind at rest on what "opportunity to try out the Hash House Harriers" means on the schedule? ;-)

Set out to try to follow Cycle Route 6 from the Uni to Garendon Park today and failed soon after finding the first signs for it! Ended up on a different cycle route, no, I mean path, not route, as it ended with a fence across it! Will try again next time I'm there, maybe in three weeks, but having spoken with my daughter, I'm not optimistic of finding a decent 10 mile circular route north of the Uni. The south looks far more interesting on the map, but harder to navigate.

For the more ambitious, cycle route 6 apparently will go from Dover to Inverness.

18th & 19th September, Loughborough.

Here's the detail so far: http://www.fetcheveryone.com/fetchstock.php

In summary:

Running (a race, proper course and all that), a bit of running-related stuff like maybe lectures, coaching sessions, physios, a nice dinner, a shedload of isotonic shandy and maybe a dance off and a bit of bare knuckle boxing, bedtime, then some gentler running-based activities the following morning, then maybe lunch.

If you're up for it, join the group below for an fmail update when we have more details.
