Sounds great and it's in my neck of the woods so to speak. Not sure about the LSR on the Sunday, will we still be in a fit state to even walk

Dpends how hard you party. If you party with Flip you may not be running at all on the Sunday. If you can run like him then it won't make much difference

AntBliss - the great dollop
ok just found this Fetchstock thread thingy at Lufbra. It's J21 of the M1 if anyone is wondering. (sorry I read the first 20 pages but checked out after a while). It's about an hour north of the M25 (by road)
I've consulted the agenda and am somewhat concerned by the lack of the ICONIC lufbra race. Namely the CHUNDER MILE !!! I have witnessed this done in 4:30 on the aforementioned lufbra track in 1990, and the deal is as follows:
1 mile on the track. Before each lap down (without spillage) one pint of purple nasty (AKA snakebite and black). so down a pint on the B of bang, run a lap, down another, run a lap etc etc for four (a mile) laps. If you chunder - you're DQd
Without this event I'm afraid I can't be tempted, although it would be good to get down the Purple Onion again for a burger, but my 1990 shell suit with Lugerborouga in puple on it would be too much for everyones poor eyes. Plus I'm sure I'll be working (or read that as, I don't think I could cope with the carnage and the flashbacks). Enjoy it all who sail in her !!

Looks good but not a lot of planned running. Images of Fetchies skipping meals, 'lectures' to do bit of running
