I think my excess winter padding is made of sausage rolls, peanuts and crisps. Helped a bit by too much nice bread (with butter) and generally too big portions of everything!

- oh and much too much alcohol!

Mine consists of pizza. Which I had for dinner last night and then cold after parkrun. Which I didn't actually run.

It's Monday, therefore it's time to start visualising those PBs tumbling as the flab melts away, being able to wear your favourite trousers rather than the more comfortable pair

-or your 6 pack in a bikini if that's more your motivation :)

Off to look at MFP for the first time this year...

Scales are up 3 lbs from before Christmas 🙄
Looking forward to eating more healthily and getting into the habit of exercising regularly again too.

Morning all. Yesterday was the first day of January on which I didn’t manage a walk first thing or to reach 10K steps, on account of it being Sunday and what I need to do to get myself ready for church. I did go for a walk in the afternoon, though, so at least I made an effort. And my step count average for the week was over 10K, so I reckon that’s good enough.

However yesterday was also the first day on which I significantly slipped on not eating between meals, with a series of unnecessary evening snacks.

Pulls up big girl pants, back on it today. WI tomorrow, I’m confident I will have a loss to report so long as I don’t eat ALL the food today.
