She looks like my profile pic but with minor adjustments for having a nearly 8yr old. I need to remove a third of my bodyweight gradually, and on the way get to a point where I can run without injuring myself.
Some form of healthier eating (living with hungry cyclist and picky child) and some HIIT+yoga+walking++ without spending out for classes. Boils down to getting off my

Thanks tubs I came to this conclusion a couple of years ago I had rejoined WW and I was dismayed at the stress I put on myself I know I eat fairly healthy I exercised more than anyone in the room but not being prepared to limit myself for the sake of a number on a set of scales or an item of clothing.
By switching this focus to making better choices I lost a few lb which I’ve kept off and I think with a bit more effort I could lose some weight but ultimately I just want to feel better. I know drinking too many calories is not ideal but I want to enjoy what I eat not feel bleurgh about it.
I’ve ordered the Four Pillars Plan which you have Rev it sounds very much like what I’m after - all round mind body and soul!!
Lizzie biggest you’ve been and ever will be you can do it! X

Back on it now after a weekend of running, and I now have additional motivation in the form of a pair of jeans that are considerably snugger around my middle than they were before Christmas. It was frankly a bit of a struggle to get the button fastened!
Fortunately, all the Christmas food/goodies have gone now, apart from the remains of the cake, but that's manageable as it's very rich and a tiny portion goes a long way.

Geordiegirl- whenyou get the book, let me know if you can work out the flute exercises. I don’t find his explanations particularly clear. I’m doing something...
Just not sure if it’s the right something!

Went to SW - first time on 5 weeks and only 1lb up so happy with that.
3 years I have been target with them so it definitely works for me.
I will log onto my laptop as update the weight chart.

Glute, not flute. I don't want to play scales, I want to make less of an impact on them!

Great result Lip Gloss. I went o SW a few years back but couldn’t get over the happy clapping and frowns if you didn’t lose.
Made a paneer cauli and chickpea curry for tea tonight - partly trying to get husband to eat meat free some nights.

Paneer curry was a hit! Coolio!
I was thinking I might sign up to SW online but it’s more expensive than going to a class and double the price of WW as they have a promotion on. I then reminded myself I don’t really need to pay ultimately I know what I need to do and past experience says I do that anyway - so for now I’ll go solo (with this group as support) and I’ll save the money for a treat later.
