Morning, I bought a dress yesterday which would be really nice at Christmas time ( yes I know too early ) but it's nice and fitted and of course was a bargain so it's very much an incentive to rid myself of my tummy bulge. Sit ups and crunches will have to be my new friends.

That is organised LG

Well done IT

I have managed to have a decent food time although we did have the baked Camembert that we didn’t manage to fit in over Christmas but still too many glasses of wine - people kept coming round last week which meant drinks were opened. I am not expecting anyone this week.

I mostly got MFP updated so good habits coming back.

Our guests go today and we are both feeling very bloated and unhealthy.

1lb down on my weigh-in this morning, so that's 6 lbs still to go. I am trying - chicken laksa from my BSD book for tea tonight, increasing my veg intake to make up for fewer carbs, but it doesn't seem to be working this time :-(

That's a tasty recipe, LD. Drink plenty of water, flavoured or with a tea bag in it ;) and see if that helps x

I've taken to drinking plain hot water when OH makes a cup of tea. He thinks I;ve gone mad but I quite like it :-)

Well done LD, upping the veg and reducing other areas is what I am doing too.

Have to say yesterday I felt hungry but I think it’s my mind and stomach playing tricks! I was in the office and as I’m not there often I do think I’ll have a hash brown (they do hash brown fingers and they’re so lovely). I’d taken my yoghurt went to get on anyway and turned around!

My calories are quite low in MFP and I’m weighing food to be sure I’m not underestimating (as much as I can I appreciate MFP my not be 100% accurate) so it could be accumulative however I’m not eating more for the sake of it.

So jumped on scales this morning and the 2lb I lost last week appears to be back 😱 trying not to panic. Official WI tomorrow.

I have been a water ninja though and no even thought of wine the last 2 nights!

Last "thing" for me today - meeting Woo in London - and then knuckle down time.
