It's always lovely to have now joiners. Welcome to you all :)

It's been an odd day food wise. I'd intended to have cheese omelette for brunch and make crab cakes for tea. But my dad came round and ended up staying for hours so I missed brunch. It was 4pm before we realised it so I started preparing the crab cakes but they need to sit in the fridge for a few hours. In the end, I reverted to the cheese omelette option as we have limited food in until the Tesco delivery comes tomorrow, followed by strawberries and the leftover brandy sauce.
So it's been a very low calorie day but all on plan and I haven't really felt hungry for most of the day!

Did well with lots of veggies today however also am justifying several truffles in the grounds that they need to be gone and with them the temptation

Right, I've updated the spreadsheet for last week (Jambomo - I've left your entry because it looks as though it's for this week) and the winner is.... GM with a stunning 1.5lb loss over the week that included Christmas.

My update for this week is a gain of 0.2lb, oh well, can't be helped etc. Today I resume my fasting routine, that should help!

hello - back again :)
got to goal of 10 stone in November, have added an extra 1/2 stone so have updated the spread sheet and am getting back into a routine of healthier eating
