Mr Jambomo and I weighed in this morning (we weigh in every Mom morning) and I have stayed the same as last week which is good given how much I ate over the past week or so!

In fact i have managed to lose 2lbs in Dec so whilst not much, I am happy it's not a gain at the most gluttonous time of year!

Fortunately Krav starts back on Thursday after the holiday break and the gym reopens on Wed so exercise will be happening again.

I had another unrestricted (but I thought normal-ish, not silly greedy) day and weighed in this morning 2lb up on yesterday! :( need to get a grip

My weigh in day is Thursday but we have nothing on the next couple of days so no wine and crisps will help. I have been for a run this morning and will do the same tomorrow as the gym doesn't open till Wednesday

Cheers Rosehip. I wouldn't worry too much about a few pounds change over a day or so - as Mr Jambomo found out after he weighed himself before and after going to the bathroom, that's the difference erm, 'Mother nature' can make! 😂

Despite a perfectly normal eating day yesterday, I was up this morning. Makes no sense, but never mind. It's the longer term trend that matters.

This is day 2 of Sugar-Free 2017, and so far, despite provocation, so good :-)

Would you mind if i join you? Been a fetchie 10 years this year but never really used the forums.

I'm hoping to lose the weight i've recently gained and generally eat better (more fruit, veg, less processed, etc) than i have been doing. I have a wardrobe full of lovely clothes i just cant fit into. I'm hoping this will have a positive effect on my running this year as well. Usual weigh day is a Friday and it was bad when i got on the scales last Friday!

welcome aboard :) - have you found the spreadsheet ------> ? no need to decalre weight if you don't want to, just update with losses ( or gains) each week when you weigh in. Someone may/should/will get around to doing a roundup each Sunday.

I'm in too please! I have lost 30lbs over the last 3 years but hit a plateau last year so I really need an extra push to lose the last 14-15lbs before September ideally.

Hello, just checking in. Loving the spreadsheet, so much easier for my poor little kwala brain to cope with!!

My target for 2017 is to end the year weighing less than I do now - give me a few weeks and I might put an actual figure to this!! Weigh in is on Thursday, I think I might restart my figures in the spreadie from then.
