I usually put my name in but I already know I wouldn't be able to do it justice, even if I was to walk it (as many do these days).

It's between a trip to London for war of the worlds and a trip to Glasgow for a Clubland night so i am not entering the ballot either

I need 38 miles to hit 500 for the year. Already run more than any year since 2020.

Good evening, all.
Hope everyone is well. Your comment about the FERC London Marathon place was very kind and well meaning, Rosehip, but I think that puts Ian in a difficult position if there's any hint that the draw for the place was biased in any way towards one person. It'd be better if everyone who is interested has one place in the draw and no extras.
I won't be adding my name tof the draw, because I already have a race planned for that day next year. A marathon isn't something I'm considering for 2025. Possibly 2026 but even then London wouldn't be my first choice.

I’m still hoping to reach my secondary target of 1000 miles for the year. It would need December to be my biggest month of the year so it’s a long shot but I’m being tempted by Marcothon too, which would make it a lot more doable.
