StuH
Hi

I've also been running, very slow but with a HR so low I could have been asleep.

Run The Sumers, do you limit yourself to that days total? Or is it a minimum?

LOL StuH! On the higher days, I'm just limiting myself but on the smaller days I'll run as much as I feel like. Just managing the streak as well. :)

Hi all. Only a bit late :-)

I fancy Run the Sum but having just finished a 100 days streak and doing VLM soon I think it best to wait a bit.

I guess you can start at any point in the month and complete a rolling month (and get a badge). Is that correct?

I’ve moved on to the whisky now. Still lamenting the cricket - shockingly bad fielding

Later still here!

My last streak nearly broke me so if I ever attempted run the sum I would stick to the actual distances. Explaining that I was only going out for 1km might take a bit though!

I’m thinking I may join you. We’re away in October so I’m unlikely to be able to maintain it then.
