It does indeed MMM. Never fancied caravanning before, but even to me it does seem very appealing now!

MMM we have a campervan - its just a little home from home but feels like a stress-free zone :) only managed one night away so far but its a start

I'm loving these virtual challenges and wish I'd started one now but the usual virtual races don't really appeal. a friend just did the RTTS - 100km over the week which was a tough challenge

It was good! You don't have to go far to be somewhere different enough to be a good break!

Didn't run though - the trip along a canal towpath on the clown bikes was enough! We both ache in unusual places. :-)

Ooh, thanks for the reminder!

I had a lovely 10k today. Had a bit of a niggle following my 35ish day streak/wsw/Fetchpoint binge. Mojo deserted me a bit as well so glad to get out, and more importantly enjoy it :-)

Good evening! Nearly forgot because I was checking work emails. Fortunately Mr Ness made me stop doing work stuff so here I am! You all ok?

Hi all. Sorry, I haven’t run tonight, but I do have a doctor’s note. ;-)
