Not to bad running still a bit hit and miss but overall going ok. Still not intending any faster stuff as achy hamstring lingers.
Work less so as most of us are under risk of redundancy albeit the actual number going is small.

Sigh - Pretty sure there will be people going just need to see how many volunteer and as i mentioned in my blog also depends on how we have been split up into pools as we were told it was one large pool but turns out is several smaller ones. They only told the ops manager the new structure last night too despite the announcment being last thursday.
