Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

I don't tend to look at the stress info on my watch....as it tends to stress me out even more, no matter what it says!

I’m not sure if I’d find the data useful. I have been wearing my Garmin at night during lockdown. The sleep data has been quite interesting.

I'm sticking to putting my Garmin on before a run (or whatever) and then it is straight off. It's a brilliant running companion, but I don't want it to become any other kind of companion :-)

Btw, hi everyone!

I just use it for steps and running/walking. I've been known to try recording my yoga but I then suffer from Garminesia and forget to switch it off, only to see it still running 2 hours later!! ;)

Morning. Missed last night as flattened by a headache. Went to bed at 8:30. Still a bit fuzzy this morning but just about there.

I wear my Garmin all the time, but pay very little attention to the stress and sleep tracking side. Although it does say I got 11h50m last night which isn’t far off!

Glad you're feeling a bit better today Pothunter. I just finished teaching yoga to my colleagues...and went for a run beforehand, so usually try go to sleep earlyish on Tuesday night.
