The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free.
But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient.
Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead.
Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Great podcast, fantastic report Joopsy, so funny and appropriate. Sorry not to have joined in the Doctor K parkrun myself but I was going for a time goal on Saturday just gone and so wanted to be able to look at my watch. Who knows if I'd have been able to achieve a similar time if I'd been watchless?! Usually I'd have been up for a handicap guess, though based on when we do these types of sessions with the club, I am always way out on my prediction!!

Oh yes and meant to say that the watch list convo has prompted me to have a clear out of all my old year-specific watched ones, mainly relating to races or mileage targets! Not sure if us watching / bookmarking threads has an impact on server capacity / storage Fetch, and mine in isolation won't make a difference, but hopefully if we all do some housekeeping it may help?
