57.5 Days of Pain
I will not be pace setting on the run/ walk this year. But that and the bike challenge should encourage my recovery. Will hope to do some swimming too...

I’d stopped doing these after the first one but I’ve signed up for the run/walk. Lovely idea to honour swittle in this way

I’ll be doing the run/walk. I love these and the Swittle connections will be a great way to continue to honour his memory.

Just had a quick look at run route and noticed that it goes near my home town but it actually goes through Lanchester - home of BanjoBax late of this parish also. Very fitting. I may even go and run a section of the route "live" next time am down home.

Always love the challenge - find the run/walk easy enough to complete. I have failed the bike one most years - get stalled after about 3 checkpoints. Hoping for a better summer this time.

In for run/walk - thanks for the lovely route to remember swittle. I've barely got started in last year's bike so won't bother with that this year!

I've just finished making all *39* badges for this year's challenges.
I'm off for my tea.
