Today I didnt give 100% I just kept pressure on my pace and expected it to be an early 9mm but would be chuffed if it started with an 8....... drum roll..... 8:14!!!! my PB is 7:53 I have said I'm going to try for a PB this month lets see eh!

Reiver Oct 2023 8:21pm, 9 Oct 2023 5,031 posts	0 Reiver Nice work everyone. I have finally got myself in front of that pesky transit van after a lack of cycling in Spring. I'm now on 93% for the run/walk and 92% for cycling and on target to complete both ahead of the clocks changing.

I enjoyed doing all the training for the London to Brighton bike ride this year but would have been a bit listless afterwards without the motivation of the cycling challenge. I'm yet to discover whether I'm much of a winter cyclist, but it would be good to have something else to aim for. I'm trying to extend my Conquercise grid at the moment, but I don't think there are currently any badges for that (unless I haven't extended far enough yet - I'm one square away from a 4 grid)?
