Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

I wasn’t really aware of bench-marks, They are all over the place! A new reason to trample over fields and down previously ignored roads.

Chrisity - I don't think OS benchmarks extend this side of the channel, and never seen a Dutch equivalent.

My final tally for January is 8/10. I saw a PO van yesterday for the first time this month, but I was in the car, and no Fetchie.

We were with Winelegs and Binks on Thursday evening where they previewed the list for me- cue lots of benchmark googling. I think it could be my new obsession too.
Could you substitute a way mark or similar Sam?

Spiral might be a challenge but once you start looking they are all over the place in nature, and buildings.

Spiral is a great one! I’ve already got a couple of ideas.
Like Sam, I’ll be substituting for the OS benchmark. I’ve only found one pub here too, The Inn on the Park. No legs. Time to get creative :-)

Some these might be tricky. The OS Benchmark might be difficult. The one closest to me is gone but another (on the side of a pub) might be there. My local pubs are named after people or families around here, will see what I can get.

Challenging & thought provoking list SS !

Very tempted to submit 'Mad Liberty' as the spiral - but comes from last October from the Bondi Sculptures by the Sea. So guess I will have to find a current one?
