Hope you swerve it, Hellen, and GWS to Mr H.

10k this morning was too sunny in my eyes, and I put my shades on but they fell in half almost immediately and had to go in the bin (quite old Aldi ones, so it's not too much of a disaster). The race went quite well considering I ran hard yesterday, and couldn't see where I was going :-)

Back at the track tonight for a club pyramid session! Seemed a bit surreal after Saturday and the things that have happened since then. Hopefully everyone is feeling better very soon 🤞

Come one, come all! After a little procrastination on my part, the Fetch meet in Tamworth is on. The track is booked for 12:00 - 14:00 allowing time for Tamworth Castle Grounds parkrun and a social coffee & cake before the event for those that want to. There is a little cafe at the parkrun that we used last time so hopefully they'll be able to accommodate us again. Spread the word, the more the merrier!
