I'm in, and happy to elf again.

last year the elves were given a list of names that we were to handle. we allocated the santa/victim ourselves and fmailed accordingly. then just keep an eye on them to see if parcels posted, received and give a nudge if required. I think I had about 10 names, so not too time consuming.

As I remember, the Group is for putting hints and suggestions about welcome/unwelcome presents, and also makes fmailing easier.

Folks who want to take part, fmail the nominated Santa with their name and address for mailing purposes. Santa then divides them up between elves?
