I’ve got four bags for charity, a bad of old electrical for the tip, and several empty cardboard boxes. I’ve sold several bits of furniture on Facebook and have bids on eBay on a single bed and my old sofa. Got some help this morning moving furniture about ready for my new stuff.
Still trying to work out where to put all my books though...

Well done HH, great work!
We have moved lots of stuff out of our garage to MiL's garage while we move. A good side effect of this is that K has realised quite how much stuff he has and wants to get rid of lots of it when we transfer to our new home. This is excellent news

K only really likes e-books these days, which is very good for space at home.

I’m definitely questioning why I need so many books, especially as I rarely re-read.
Also have a large box of CDs under my bed. I haven’t listened to them in years, I don’t have a good player any more, but so many are favourites from teen/uni years

I spent a vodka-fuelled weekend doing that many years ago. Between three of us with a laptop each, we uploaded over 300 CDs and polished off a couple of litres of vodka :-).

Sounds like a fine weekend that Cath!
I did a good job of tidying the kitchen over Easter. Sadly it was less decluttering and more moving all the clutter to my study and shutting the door! I now need to seriously tidy my study!

I do that Baroness, everything goes in the spare bedroom/my workroom to be sorted dispoded of so it is a mess!! Cleared out the airing cupboard this morning, have been ruthless, I think 2 sets of towels for the bathroom and shower room plus an extra set and sports towels is enough!!
