I'd agree with that Maclennane, but Fetch did talk on the 1st about bringing Divs 3+4 back to 5 players next month, so there might not be any relegation for us.

A classic encounter in Div 12 where DaveK782 triumphed after 85 moves.....I was left with just my king and Dave had a promoted queen, a bishop and his king. I think that's the longest game I've ever played!

Thanks, I've just been looking at the computer analysis and it thinks I'm a bit better. But her pawn is possibly getting to d2 quickly and I could easily lose. Earlier I went for the caveman attacking approach with d6 and sacrificing the bishop but she defended well.

Apologies to my Div 6 oppo's but other things are demanding my time at moment and I'm just quickly responding to moves without putting much (any) thought in.
Consequentially I'm blundering all over the place, getting deservedly taken to pieces and losing the fun element of being in competitive games. Relegation doesn't worry me but I'm conscious of not putting up much of a challenge for you.
