Nice going Sally Kate. I did 30 mins easy run this morning and didn't stop at the garage for chocolate before work.

I did an early (well, 8am) spinning class, followed by my standard 20 min core/back routine and finally my kettlebell routine. Safe to say I'm a bit knackered now BUT I didn't give into the little voice trying to persuade me to skip core & weights.
I might have a rest tomorrow.

I had my "rest" day today - a mile saver and then did a really lovely 50 length swim for once the pool was quite empty so I took advantage
Swimming has fast taken the place of long running and when I get the chance I just love to take a longer one.. I can only do breastroke and I find the counting of lengths really replaxing - stops me thinking (overthinking!) and I just love it first thing - better than snoozing and thinking "you could be up doing something"
Food is not going well still in the binge fall out - observation is that once I get that mindset it can take upto a week to come back round out of it - and of course what I dont know yet is if this may be linked to what "could" be a menstraul cycle - as I've been on the hormone injection for so many years I have no idea what "normal" will be for my body...
However "smiles"
- It's friday! - I'm off to see one of my brand ambassadors tonight - a very young punk band called "Pet Needs" - I cna feel some pogo dancing coming on! XTraining

Morning Can's
Great night last night seeing some pure raw young talent.. we are so lucky in Colchester to have the Art Centre venue and the young bands really stun me... love it!
Very funny watching Teenies (14/15/16) all rush to the front to go nuts moshing & pogoing to one of the bands,Ike they'd just invented it! I "almost" joined in but held it together ... just!
Chill day today - finish painting inside the shed - gym
- relax
Lovely!

Well, we achieved the relax... but no painting and no gym
It rained more or less all day so I couldn't do the painting as the sheds not totally watertight and couldn't put the content outside.. it's raining again today! We did however sort the bench out by finding someone who can make what I want, and sorted stools too so not a total waste!
Boys off to footy today so I get a day to myself... weather so rubbish I'm going to sort "C" word stuff (I like to get ahead with that 🎅🏻)
No gym either yesterday, today is pure chill... so a run later
I'm also looking at those sunrise alarms.. anyone got one?

Hello everyone. Have been absent for a while - holidays, manic at work, etc. Head's not in a good place at the moment but love the positivity here so looking forward to getting back into telling myself I can. No running for weeks and weeks until a little 2 miler on Friday so need to do something about that. Mojo has done a runner though and I'm not quite sure what to do to find it again. Weight has gone up by at least half a stone because of holidays and I'm hating myself again. Clothes are all too tight - which also has an affect on the running, of course. Lots of unpleasant family stuff going on and stressy at work so I'm trying very hard to rise above it all and be good to myself. Getting back on track eating-wise with a little help from a special friend. I really need to tackle the exercise problem now. Working at home today so that makes it easier. I'll be off out with the dog at 5 pm. Trying to psych myself up to running instead of walking so send some 'Run!!!!' vibes my way please.
7 miles was great, SK! Well done for getting 3 done, MissC I'd like a sunrise alarm to, FRU. Had one some years ago but it was cheap and didn't last long. I'm sure it made a difference though. Will do some research.

Great post SaraWoo.. thank you so much for sharing - if it helps I've been "at home" for two days because I feel pretty damn pap and been eating really badly in the hope I'll feel better
I've a chill
So.. I've had to delay my next stage reset button and feeling pretty damn grotty, peeved off and grumpy - I know I am off colour because that really isnt me...
I'm planning to just chill and be realistic - it's suddenly went from boiling to FREEZING here and that may have kicked in, plus the rain of the weekend - anyway these things will happen - we'll have ups and downs and we'll feel fat and ugly (It's me who said the ugly bit... i do feel ugly today)
Oh and I went and chopped at my hair too!! Do you any of you do that? I've made a right mess! It'll have to grow back.. I've chopped a big load off because I was ratty with part of my hair that wouldnt go right - what a fool - quietly funny but I think I now look shockingly butch!!
LOL.. what an idoit - I'm not to be trusted !
