I had the contemporary equivalent of boil in the bag rice, nuke in the bag. It was quite pleasant.

I might try the yoghurt trick soon Feel I'm going to get to a point of being hungry.. need to have easy food that can't turn into binge food Down the road from me there's an OA group started.. I was quite shocked to see the sign. I have attended OA in the past.. found the whole 12 steps idea a revelation and some powerful ideas... shocked as it made me wonder if I would ever get over the hurdles of labelling again enough to be open to goi again? Hmm... ponder that one later! So.. youghurt which sort (questions questions 😊) I might also try the old slimfast trick soon... I never can stomach much after a long run, or now I'm finding the same after the gym esp if I do spin and swim. Possibly worth a go We're off to my home town today Felixstowe or "Fx by Sea" in my language... going to the Fort to do the proper tour then a run along the prom, sandy sandwhiches and hopefully if the weather is kind a swim So lucky to be in the area we live, loads to do, our stay action is turning out just dandy |

What's your 'slimfast trick' FRU Best yoghurt is natural yoghurt or Greek although me and my daughter tried 0% Greek the other day and it was distinctly weird. |

I'm doing almost no carbs but wondering if that then means you just eat loads more fat.

Off to France for 2 weeks soon. Could be disastrous for weightloss but I can do lots more exercise every day, just because I don't have to be sitting at a desk!

I used to have a. Chocolate slimfast after long run as I can't normally stomach food straight away, but then found I'd be wanting to eat anything that moved It worked to take the edge off that feeling Funny enough Andrew is a fan of the 0% one... I might have to try a bit of that Sara woo... enjoy those two weeks... aim just to move more. We've done loads more exercise this holiday, probably matching what we would have done if we went to the lakes. Also when I exersize more I find the rest can drop into place... and the bits that don't wait till I'm back n normal routine 😁 We're having a gym morning today, then walking to our "local" (decent 5 mile all round) I'm planning to do a scores on doors next Saturday, that's about 3 weeks since the last one. I ought to measure myself too, not just weight |

I've just started a new column in my notebook... swimming challenge I've worked out 20lengths of our pool is 1/4 mile... the challenge is to swim the length of the channel (21miles) and see how long it takes me. Then do it again in less time! 😊 I also then wondered if that's an idea we could all take in, like "walk to London" or "run a marathon" and just keep an accumulative total of whatever it is your aiming at Might also do one for rowing... Just a thought canners |

I like that accumulative total idea FRU. We each could do Ironman distance of everything but do it over *however long*.
