2 litres of water over a day can be hard to do, which is strange as most people I know can drink plenty of liquid if they go to the pub for the evening

I managed everything except the 2 litres of water yesterday 🙄 Today I will: - drink 2 litres of water
- religiously take my antibiotics
- move the bookcase out of our bedroom and move a new chest of drawers in, then redistribute the content of both

Welshpoppy if you get the water/milk to oats right then yes it does. I’m going to start mine from Weds. also good if you add chopped dates or walnuts
Yesterday I achieved two of mine with a run and a swim
Today I achieved my run aim. Yet to achieve the water but did commit to a swim. It took a bit of commitment as we were out on a family walk today so when we got back here it would have been very easy to sack it off. But I already had my cozzie on and Dedham is only a 20mins car journey so off I went and glad I did
GM swimming is just amazingly positive. I have always swum in the sea but only in early spring and summer. I then did a spell of pool swimming and after falling and breaking my arm used it to get back some fitness back. Lockdown came and I had my eye on Felixstowe seascapers but too far to travel. I found Dedham swimmers in Aug 20 and joined and never looked back. It is akin to running in that you can just go and take it up.. you dont actually need loads of kit esp if unsure if you want to do it… I can wholeheartedly recommend it though
Nice canning everyone. Seeing loads of DIDs is brilliant!!
Tomorrow I can: - run 2.5 - tidy the house and get it new year ready - drink 2l water
Xxx

It's great that you went for the swim, FRU; so easy to not bother but so beneficial when we do

In Keighley. Been there for years and my understanding a good facility, but never been ‘my thing’
