I like that too, nsc ✅
My DIDs Finally finish LEJoG with a 2 mile run Stick to calorie limit I haven't yet read any of the book, but we are going to sleep in the campervan on the drive tonight - desperation is kicking in 😁 - so I'll take it with me to read before we go to sleep (there's no tv in the van).
Tomorrow I; CAN fill in the calendar for 2022 CAN clear enough space so I can use the WiiFit - we had to put a coffee table in that room over Christmas - and do some of the exercises CAN meet my friends and choose to have just coffee whilst they have breakfasts or cake.

I still ‘need’ to run five miles to improve on last year’s mileage total. I’m tempted to not bother and focus on Saturday’s Parkrun instead. Otherwise had a really nice day with a couple of beach walks in by far the best weather we’ve had over the holidays

It is The Body Project I love it a great workout the best there is.I only have free version at the moment as I go to Boot Camp twice a week but thinking of paying for a years worth.
I think it was yourself that mention sodastream? I used to have one when my son was young. So thinking of getting one again but I bought 2 x 2 litre sodastream bottles so I can fill my water up for day and can keep an accurate log of drinking the 2 litres a day rather than guess work.So Thank you

I’ve been following TBP on FB for a few days and it seems popular so I might give that a look, once I’ve cleared space in the other room.
I love my soda stream. I’ve had it for about 5 years, purchased to cut down the number of plastic bottles of fizzy water I buy. Our tap water is ok but I drink more if it’s fizzed. I’ve been managing the 2 bottles a day since I started on 20th December.

They do hundreds of workouts I have been doing them for maybe over a year or more first on youtube then I joined the site as they have more workouts.I like Daniel and his attitude to workouts and life. There is so much to choose from low impact, easy knees, high impact you name it plenty to suit everyone. .
I love fizzy water but it can make my tum bloat so it is why i am hesitant but some flavored fizzy water I can drink so think I will be okay.
