Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,

Morning Canners! Sounds like some great stuff going on with all of you :-)

Have decided to add 30 days of yoga to my list for this month - have runned and done the first 2 days, so just a case of sticking to it now when back at work.

So today I can:
Do yoga day 3
drink 8 glasses of water
enjoy my running rest day :-)

Hello people :)
Today I'm going to:
- avoid eating the bad stuff
- go for a walk at lunchtime
- drink 1 litre of water (I keep failing to do 2 so I'll start with 1)

Wise to start with what is achievable, SW. You can build up when you have more time on your hands :)

Gimmemedal is very wise SW :)

Well done on yesterday WP :)

Hope you enjoyed your running rest day Treacle :)

Reporting in with 2l of water drunk, walked to and from station and work, only ate what I’d taken with me :)

No yoga today, by the time I’m home and eaten and sorted it’ll be bedtime!

Success - well DIDded BSc and Wp. Especially managing the 2l of water. It takes real conscious thought to achieve that.

Thanks to this group I DID today too. I really didn't feel like doing TBP workout at 5pm but had run out of time during the day. Because I'd said "I CAN" I thought I should. And I really enjoyed it :) Thanks you all.

Today I DID:
- 50 squats. They are getting easier each day
- TBP day 3/12
- walked without headphone and took in the scenery, enjoying nature. It wasn't raining so I couldn't do that part but the clear blue sky was a delight. I liked this message on the village church

Love that GM :)
Well done you and WP ✔️

I bought myself a lovely bright blue chillys bottle to encourage water intake at work - we do brew runs and water runs :)

We're in a bit of chaos due to kitchen being done. However.. (without having done any CANs) I DID drink 2 litres of water, went for a short walk, signed up for the next 5 weeks of yoga. AND signed up for a Macmillan 26 mile hike in September. Huzzah! Now to do the training..
