Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Yes I was only stuck at home for two weeks. I don’t go ‘out’ every day but most. It means I can mix up paddock runs or walks with going out too

Isnt that crazy! Those two weeks seem to have passed very quickly!

I think it’s been ace actually taking the pressure off.. although we definately dont move as much

My skipping rope arrived so have added that to the daily routine and dragged out my dumbbells. Going to try and do a few lots of skipping and arm weights through the days now

Food attack too... back to porridge for breakfast!

DT and SW you are both doing fabulous :)

Inspired by your garden boot camp FRU I did my 7 min app in the garden after my run
Shopped in Ilkley this morning then ran/walked back the scenic route

Oh WOW that looks so stunning! Well done you Northern

Great to get a massive dollop of air!

I have just done a run around and into the park, had a 3pm lunch! And have done a couple of skips and weights - need to do one more before braving Tesco in a bit

I am trying to do 3 little sets a day - one first thing. lunch and evening just literally to be moving more

Morning all! Hope everyone is ok - lovely pic NSC!

After several weeks of working far too hard and hardly moving from the desk, I've decided a bit of balance needs to be got back, so I've started a streak. Not a running streak - but just a streak of making sure I do something every day that can be seen as a workout. Feeling much better for it! As you say FRU, its good to be moving a bit more.
