Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Ying for the yang Northern. I have decided to try and work only on CAN again

Running in sounds like a great idea, achievable

I am glad you got swabbed and I am sure something nice to eat after that was appreciated

I am going to do myself a tick list today, and set three achievable goals

1: fruit for breakfast
2 : 250 skips, 2 sets of dumbells
3: jkt spud for lunch

That’s easy right?

Might then do that every morning

Oooo we need a bit of a dust in here!

Struck me that I have been very absent and also that I need to get back to some kind of normal soon

Still feels surreal doesn't it, but new normal
For us all is about accepting this and having some self time too whilst we all busy around looking after everyone and getting used to working differently, all of us, and Northern out there facing travel challenges and PPE etc

So, goals:
- take a lunch hour
- be less stoney faced when working (lol. I realise how stern I look as andrew was commenting the other day!)
- quality of food & drink input
- skip!!

Hello FRU.
Sorry for being AWOL. Not feeling very positive at the moment because I have hip bursitis and can’t run. I know it’s not the end of the world and there are far worse things, etc, etc but it’s really knocked the wind out of my sails. I was loving being a runner again.
Mr W is dragging me out for a bike ride today so hopefully, I’ll feel better after that.

Have a good day xx

Ahhh I am sorry to read that... I am not suprised you are fed up! It’s great you can still cycle though. Main thing for me has always been doing something outside

It really lifts your spirits

Enjoy the cycle and hope that hip is on the mend soon
