Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

OMG very jelouse of that DT!

Imagine Howarth is looking amazing... the light is totally unreal at the moment

Treacle.. I have set myself a 3 x a day challenge.. very similar - meaning as well as my run I have to do "something" three times a day to equate to the moving about I'd normally do

- Hoover a room
- Tidy something up
- Make the bed & change the sheets
- Skip
- Get the dumbells out

Also I have put my proper trousers on today... I got a great pair of dungarees at Tesco about 5 weeks ago they are so fab BUT they fool you! Put my trousers on today to remind myself this is no holiday!

- Jacket potatoe and beans for lunch all round too! Much better for me than sandwiches
- Get back to more water too

As ever small steps :-)

In the right direction

Howarth sadly is a ghost town. I walked down the main cobbled street one night recently and didn’t see a soul

Out with Stef and Tuss shortly for our regular ‘midweek medium run’

I would love to be more rural right now. I can feel the townies getting restless here.. observing very little movement when walking pavements people just pass as normal

Lazy day for me.. not work wise but run wise and now start of the weekend

I would so love to see those moors DT

Enjoy your air treacle i love working at home but do need to be mindfull of getting breaks

Tuesday already!

Went over the to office yesterday (twice in the end.. once for my desk second a server issue)

Pickedup my stand up desk. Going to be much better for me, more movement and less time sat still

That’s it! Lol

How are you all doing this week?

Hello FRU!
Doing alright, I think. Bit discombobulated some days but continuing to run 3 times/week and exercise nearly every day (failed a couple of times last week because of afore-mentioned discombobulation).
Will be more of a challenge this week as the weather deteriorates - all that sunshine was fabulous, wasn't it?
Everyone's healthy and we have everything we need so all is good.

Morning all!

Still ok here - work is still ridiculous, but am managing some sort of exercise every day. Binned my run last night thought as I was exhausted.

Quite looking forward to running in the rain - hopefully it will be a bit quieter out and about :-)

Stand up desk sounds like a great plan FRU!

Stand up desk is ace... I flatly refused to even contemplate it before I broke my arm and today I really see the point - when I started work at 15 all those years ago I stood up all day in the shop, and moved into being a dispencer so was always on my feet

Sitting about the last few weeks has not been enjoyable - at least standing I am shifting from foot to foot and can have a wiggle now and then

Rubbish day isnt it!
