Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

All good here, thanks.

Keeping very active - walking, gardening, running.
Another busy week of work ahead, I think.
Need to keep the exercise levels up to stay healthy, physically and mentally.
How you’ve all had a good weekend xx

Hi all,

All good here - all safely away at home, me working seemingly harder than ever which doesn't quite make sense, but hopefully will calm down as we approach the weekend. Am struggling with getting out for a run - mainly cos I feel guilty for actually leaving the house. Have done a couple of indoor workouts, but mainly just worked.

Definitely need to find a new normal...

Hugs to all

So agree treacle!

Running is great for me but trying to be mindful of others

Work is crackers but I do feel ok selling a product that is bringing people some happy vibes and things they can do both indoors and out even in their garden

Nice work sarahwoo!

I have to find a better working option, before lock down and after my arm injury in Oct I had started to work at a stand up desk. Working on the sofa and laptop isnt so good so I have a goal next week to sort that, and re-introduce stretches every day

Today I have been super busy started with making a spotify and then spent eons sanding down and upcycling mum’s chair, it actually was her parents chair and I have had it all mt life

It looks wicked! Placed in the workshop which also got a goos tidy and a fresh coat of paint to the chairty shop side board.. did a quick run while the first coats dried and then sorted the “grass” carpet and chair in place

That’s one thing I am enjoying, time to do those jobs you normally just leave

Cooking a very slow chilli now and relaxing. Feel great!

I want to knuckle down a bit next week on food and of course alcohol. However creativity and running are keeping me postive right now

How are you

Hello FRU.
Sorry for being AWOL.
All OK in Wooland. Getting lots of stuff done around the house and garden. Got into a routine with running - 3 times/week for 4 weeks now! Working pretty hard but enjoying the lack of commute. I'm even managing to lose weight slowly :)
This week I want to snack less on the bad stuff and drink more water.

Morning

When I run later it’ll be the 28th day on the trot. I’ve done 20 miles / week the last two weeks; my best mileage for running in years

Stay safe and sane y’all
