aeleisure.co.uk this is the small one we have.

We sleep in the van, the awning is mainly used for storage (bikes, clothes, food etc).

We are having a heater fitted this weekend too, was one of the jobs OH didn't fancy doing himself.

Had a bit of a van day today, weather has been good so managed to get the van up on some ramps as the MoT is due in a few weeks and I needed to sort that brake-wear sensor out. Went round all four corners and tested each one, typically it was the bloody last one (rear offside) that had the fault :-( It's meant to be the plug on the sensor that fails, but I cut the wire about 5cm from the junction and tested it from there, all was OK so I just cut a length out of the cable and spliced in a new section with some heat-shrink tubing over it, all good :-)

Back box of the exhaust looks a bit dodgy though, it's not blowing but the outer skin is not in the best condition. On T5.1 vans it's one piece, has anyone else replaced their's ? I've got an inkling there might be a few exhaust specialists around who will cut off the rear section and fit a replacement.

Some good news in Scotland. Looks like from the start of April we can travel within our own region :-)

Do most people use real plates or plastic? I'm wondering about getting a good quality plastic set of plates and glasses, but they're surprisingly expensive.

I use enamel mugs and plates. Find them a bit more durable than plastic.
