Yeah, good idea.

Just looked at it on the Ninja website. Looks like it can work as a standalone. Maybe better having gas one installed and keep Ninja standalone.

I saw on one of the FB groups someone had fitted out their MoHo and had a ninja and microwave installed they looked very neat. Good luck esp with the purchase. Look forward to seeing what you’ve gone with.

A lot of motorhomers use a Remoska, which is a low wattage electric cooker, that can run off your batteries/inverter. Camper ovens aren't great, tend to be slow and have hot spots. Maybe easier to cook differently while camping, on stove top or bbq?

Yeah, for sure. We've never had an oven in a van before, so well used to it. I am tempted by the good oven installed.

I use our gas oven but it is a bit of a guessing game. I used it as a toaster last time I was away and that was a bit of a treat :-)
