We tend to go for the quieter sites (up to about 5 pitches) and I was wondering if there are any tips on searching out similar sites in France, other than Googling it.

Only a couple of hours down the road so it was perfect for a first trip of the year. Witches Craig is a really nice campsite. Clean, loads of flowers and decorated borders and great toilet/shower facilities. Quite a few families, but the kids were really well behaved and quiet. Very handy for Wallace Monument, Stirling Castle and Stirling Uni pArkrun and an ideal base for touring the Northern Central Belt. Highly recommended.
