Today we walked from the CL, down to Saundersfoot and over to Tenby on the coast path, which was stunning. I’m embarrassed to say, but I hadn’t realised how nice Tenby was! Very nice sandy beaches, and some really nice shops, pubs and cafes in town. I understand it may be much, much busier in the peak season though? Even so, it’s made me think about the Long Course Weekend marathon event, so maybe one day I’ll be back (my list of potential marathons is very long though!). Rather than walking back, we caught the train back to Kilgetty, which was then roughly a 10mins walk to the CL. That’s the first time Tigg has been on a train, to our knowledge. 😀

More often than not, the sites are owned by club members and there are a range of sites, catering for all needs. We prefer electric hook ups and showers, so we go for those. Very small sites with a small number of places (up to 5 I think), but usually very well managed.
