Started at Berwick Upon Tweed moving south a few miles then to Kielder which was disappointing ( midge infested) and went back east to just outside Craster. Fabulous walks and beaches nearby. We only really scratched the surface of the area and will added to the revisit list.

Its a perfect place and you have to do the paragliding of the mountain - I sat watching it for days before doing it. Also recommend the lakeside restaurant opposite on the lake (we cycled round) a little bit more pricy than most but oh so lovely. The pub right on the site is great - I could just go on and on

So far have booked Waverley, Kidderminster for March. Now going to look for something Yorkshire way for July. Need to find out school holidays dates so can avoid them

They've booked it in to their workshop on 5th January. They'll keep it for as long as it takes - if a bit of sealant will do the trick then we'll get it back a day or two later; it needs a new part from Elddis, that could be months.
