There was a flock of 38 waxwing a mile from our house last weekend that stayed for several hours. We were at my Mum's house all day 🤬 |

We all follow reports online to keep track of where the waxwings are to be found. I suspect they do the same thing with interested birders, making sure to clear off when there are reports of movement in their direction.

I did have a single one on my apple tree a few one Christmas day. I have seen small flocks on a few occasions.
