Nothing of any great excitement to note today (chiffchiff, willow warbler *yawn* ), but watching a pair of blackbirds chase off a magpie from (what I assume was) their nest site was quite a sight (and sound!) to behold In the non-feathered world, I did find some Zwartbles lambs though - how cute?! |

Saw a jay today. Not common, but only see them (in NF) every now and again. Photos with small running camera were rubbish though. |

Tonights walk had goldcrest, bar tailed godwit, thrushes chasing off a hooded crow, shelduck, egrets, a very tenuous possible kingfisher, goldfinches galore and all the usual suspects
