Fragile Do Not Bend
Fledgling blackbirds in the garden this morning, and constant to-ing and fro-ing betweeen feeder and the blue tits' nest box so hopefully they will be fledging soon!

Fenland (Fenners) Runner
Canadian geese down by the river have several broods. My goodness they grow up fast from little bundles of yellow fluff.

@fenland, same here, they soon grow!

Latest on starting TV, they discovered how to get in the ground feeder, now they just need to work out how to get out...

Thanks AJLB :-) & yes, although I really wanted to move to Somerset Levels, the birds here are a huge attraction that I didn't really know about, it couldn't be more different to the Levels so wasn't expecting it.
We watched a 'new' goose today that I have to look up..& closest coots have only 2 chicks now :-( can't believe there are pike in that water but see plenty of foxes on early runs, & one weasel

Wriggling Snake
Yep, that's where I looked in the end. It was the shape of the bird's bill that got me looking.
