Cycling back from parkrun down one of the Attenborough Reserve footpaths today, saw a Harris's Hawk. Mind you it was on the handler's arm. He seemed to be taking it for a walk, i don't think he was hunting. Lovely to see the bird at close quarters though. turbarywoods.co.uk if you want to see one. |
