Just what I was thinking ;)
Think I've only done over 47 miles in one month so far this year :-o
But I do have an unscratched ultra itch ...

*chuckles* at NSC... Shame it's so far away from me. There are some flatter options I'd be interested in my neck of the woods that I'm toying with but not mentioning to hubby just yet. ;)

Don't listen to Gromit. Her steady pace nearly killed me.

I've added the May 2021 edition to the Race Listings here. (And to my Race Portfolio, but I think that was an accidental slip of the mouse button. In fact, I'm almost sure it was.)

Well hello Autumnleaves ;-)....... to all those that are tempted but think its a long way ...... it is but if you break it down you only need to be able to do 2 miles an hour , and dont listen to V'rap i'm mega slow and happy to get the Fetch bus around a scenic lap of Windermere in the Spring ......... come on gang ;-)

If proper racing isn't happening by the spring I'd be tempted to train for something like that. Getting in the miles on off-road terrain is something I could do. I'd have to get quick enough to be finished before my bedtime, though. I'm too old for all-nighters.
