DT all terrain is runnable. The limiting factor is the human not the terrain.

I'm afraid I'm with NE on that one Fozzy. I've done summit of GG to summit of KF in 29 mins on a Joss support and I certainly did plenty of running in that (as we did on Sunday on Bobs) and I would guess that Karl was the best part of 5 mins better that on his record breaking run.
