As soon as the locals want you to. Judging by the behaviour of a lot of the locals over the last few days they probably wouldn't give a sh*t.
However, working every day with people who are shielding and incredibly nervous and worried, I'd say no. Then again I'd say no to any unnecessary travel at the moment. Maybe my viewpoint is skewed by those I talk to daily.

There’ll be plenty of folk wandering by the canal, in the woods at Hardcastle crags or up by Stoodley Pike if the weather’s anything like. I’ll not be with them though

Rosehip
I shall be in Cumbria over the weekend, daughter needs to get back and move flat as her lease is up and she/I can't afford to keep this flat on. Driving up in the morning, moving her to a cheaper room, and then bringing xs stuff home with me on Sunday. I could go for a run in the fells whilst I'm there, and I'm so tempted to, but I won't.
(Can't promise not to go for a drive to enjoy the views though)

Hope your journey goes well Rosehip. Maybe you could run on the quiet lanes? I know it’s not the fells, but you’ll get some ups and downs, and perhaps some different wild flowers from home?

I found a Twitter thread with a link.to a Facebook page/post that seems to have been removed. Seems someone from the Lakes has run a quick time that won't be recognized, so bit of a wasted effort really!
