We were at CB when they had that royal wedding thing on - an anniversary or something and it was el scorchio. We were out late one evening looking up for the beacon that had been lit up on the Sca Fells with Kevin and Sandra the farmers. Kevin had some fantastic Herdy tups

Oh yeah, that I am looking forward to (and hoping the visibility isn't too bad!) Had to get in to work about 7 one day this week to get a document done that somebody important wanted in an unreasonable hurry, thought of it as useful training for Sunday morning

Just wish the weather forecasts would make their minds up! 0.5mm of showers in 3 hours is refreshing; 5mm of rain in an hour is too refreshing by half.

Just catching up: Re Duddon Valley. Not been for a few years but can highly recommend the Newfield Inn in Seathwaite (for food, beer and being a beautiful traditional pub)
