Ouch quimby, hope it doesn't hurt too much (especially in the shower!)

Dog managed to trip me up while running this evening. My moon is rather tender! Minor scrapes on elbow, hand and ankle too but fortunately no real damage done.

I haven't fallen over, but I did collide with a branch on Sunday...

Have a nice bruise now too.

(Hope the spoiler thingy works, there's blood!)

Not falling over, but I dropped a barbell on my foot. It was not loaded with weights, so it hit the top of one foot hard and split the skin. There was a lot of blood. I was not inclined to take a photo. My first aider ran to my aid, gave me a damp bit of kitchen roll then fussed over all the blood on the lounge carpet. πŸ™„

I fell over yesterday completely splat on the floor. Was walking with DaughterDragon and tripped over a tree root. Only scuffed my knees although a bit bruised. Was a bit of a shock though

I fell over on the club run on Tuesday. Absolutely no reason for it. It was early in the run and a tree root jumped out and tripped me. Luckily I cushioned my fall with my arms and all I have to show for it is a slight scratch on my knee. I'll take that!

Yes, I have got falling over and it's a doozy.

Manage to snag my laces on the opposite hiking boot, momentum increased by going slightly downhill with dog. Hit the deck like a dead tree.

Grazed knee and elbow, sore but ungrazed hip.

My right shoulder took the full force of it and it very, very sore indeed. I do not think it's broken or dislocated (fingers all working, no obvious swelling) but everything has been wrenched in the wrong direction for sure.

Feeling extra bad as we were on holiday in the van, but had to come home πŸ˜•

Slipped over onto my bum coming down a steep muddy path. Must have somehow smacked my left hand on a hidden rock because it swelled up and went blue later in the day. That was 2 weeks ago and it’s still stiff and a bit swollen.
