A leisurely 32:06 in lovely sunshine. I put fake parkrun on my race portfolio. I did 3 activities today. One was a walk that had nothing to do with parkrun. How do I remove the parkrun label from the walk?

For this week's fake we ran an actual parkrun course for the first time since parkrun stopped. We started at8:15. There were a hand ful of others doing the same, and more arriving as we left.it felt good to be part of something that we were all doing separately but together

23:09 for me on the gravel track again. Knocked a good chunk off again, but I fear the days of easy wins are going to be harder to come by. That was hard work.

Think I'll be tailwalker today. Couldn't get the old leggies going, so a slow 35:26 for this week's run. Bit annoyed that my fastest mile was actually my warm down jog home (though that is downhill).

I've saved both of you from tailwalker role this week; my run was tragic and I got a 39:05 benchmark.
You're welcome

Thanks also from me GM. I was 34:29. My excuse was being in unfamiliar territory (Warwickshire) and having to cross a slightly busy road twice.
