Well done for getting out despite the weather, all! I waited till this afternoon, but still got wet. A slow and steady 37:26 this week, gently getting back into it after doing something painful to my back getting out of the bath last Sunday.

25.40 for my fake parkrun at lunchtime.
I had a couple of odd jobs to finish in the bungalow before I set off. Luckily, by the time I'd finished them & got changed, it had stopped raining. It must have rained a lot in the night as well, as there was a lot of surface water laying on the roads & pavements.

fake parkrun done this morning on our local course. Quite a few regulars were out, including our ED. She confirmed we have the green light to restart in two weeks. Pretty sure our course is a bit shy of 5K, as they reconfigured some of the boardwalks a while ago. There is talk of remeasuring and moving the turnaround out a bit. There goes my chance of a new PB  Clocked 19:06 (but likely closer to 19:30 with the short course)

Bob sorry, should have added my parkrun is in US, North Carolina. Our country Bigwigs said 5/22 if state and local authorities are good with it (apparently they are). We are a small event so that helped.
