A slow and steady 37:26 this week, gently getting back into it after doing something painful to my back getting out of the bath last Sunday.

Luckily, by the time I'd finished them & got changed, it had stopped raining. It must have rained a lot in the night as well, as there was a lot of surface water laying on the roads & pavements.

She confirmed we have the green light to restart in two weeks. Pretty sure our course is a bit shy of 5K, as they reconfigured some of the boardwalks a while ago. There is talk of remeasuring and moving the turnaround out a bit. There goes my chance of a new PB Clocked 19:06 (but likely closer to 19:30 with the short course)
