Hey folks,
Long time no post for me! Running has been good at all for the last 8 months so keeping my head down. That is why I am here now. I have been having a lower hamstring tendonitis for the last 5 months (after tearing my hamstring in june). I have been doing physio recovery exercises like crazy, but it doesn't seem to be improving. Every time i get to about 30 mile a week my tendonitis flares up
I have seen 4 different physios/osteos ect ...
One problem I think is that I have scare tissue on my tendon and until I get rid of it I am not going to really go anywhere. So i have been reading and found out about Extracorporeal shockwave therapy. I had never heard of it before! has anyone got any experience of it?

Never heard of it but I hope you get to hear of someone's experience. What do the physios you've been seeing think of it?

There's a couple of threads linked to this one (see either below or to the side) that sound encouraging.

I had shockwave to fix plantar fasciitis / tibial tendonitis. Expensive but worked
