hi Fetchies i'll be running this as another pb attempt - after missing out in Manchester by less than 2 minutes,
do they have pacers here? i'd look to try and go with 4hrs
what does orange start mean - i think i put anticipated 3:59 finish
does it really take 90mins for city buses to return from musseburgh and emf onee faster ?
need to get back for car then get daughter to airport ?
looking forward to seeing everyone and ive 9 pages to catch up on - as usual i'll be in my Welsh dragon running vest c Rob on front

No pacers in the years that I have done it, so no I don't think so. Orange start is the front of the sub 4 pack so you're good there No idea re buses, Council ones were faster last year I believe..

Local buses take about 30 minutes, although they might be a little slower on Sunday as rather busy. Technically the EMF bus should be faster as it won't be stopping...but I wouldn't bet on it.

Welcome aboard, sorry can't help re:buses. I got train last year and found it hassle free option and little walk to station was good recovery. No official pacers, would maybe suggest speaking to few folk early pre race and during first few miles and try get a group going together.

I'm here doing the tourist thing and keeping an eye on those weather reports - currently looks like a wet one for Sunday. Have bought a disposable poncho for if it's truly miserable at the start. Went for a run yesterday and my Garmin reception was all over the place pace-wise. Walked along the Royal Mile today and almost came a cropper falling off the pavement - don't want to get invalided out this close to the race!
