Thanks, thats what I would have fully expected, just that the info on the "my details" page on net only mentioned the LR 9:50 (guess specific to my entry). Managed some running faster than a sloth on treadmill today in more positive news

Doc given me some Meds and ice and rest and think if I do that I will be ok no pain today at all little stiff that's is it , How are you all doing I'm scared know
