Rents, remember i had fetchpoint pick up stuff at Ryans as there was no way i was doing it in a coffee shop ;) Plus it was scorchio so we all sat outside and baked

I need help fellow fetch people ......trying to decide between away fetch vest , bright pink breast cancer awareness vest or St Georges Cross vest ....... can't decide so putting it to the vote ...........

Right, it's less than 50 hours until my first ever marathon, I've barely slept all week due to a combination of wakeful kids and light mornings (coupled with insufficiently thick curtains), and I'm nervous as hell.

Does this pass with experience? I'm sure I wasn't this nervous before my first 10k/half (although in both those cases I was sleeping in my own bed the night before).

I'm not sure I'm going to get any work done today. Still, at least it's payday pubday for a quick pint at lunchtime :) (sorry, a bit off-message there)

Just wondered if anyone else was doing Edinburgh Marathon next year? My second time (did it in 2008.

***PRE RACE MEAL DETAILS***

Saturday 26th May - 6pm - Vittoria's, George IV Bridge - Table booked under the name of Fetch

Organiser/Person to bother with questions/(Almost) Birthday Girl: McNewbie

Upstairs in "The Wash Bar" 11 - 13 North Bank Street, The Mound, Edinburgh. Room available from 15.00 'til close, so arrive whenever you are ready.

Ideally located for Waverley Railway Station, and for the tourists (me!) Edinburgh Castle! Come and take the weight off your feet, meet new and old Fetchies, get something to eat and rehydrate.
